SHIPPING POLICY

General Terms:

We strive to deliver products purchased from Panda's Art in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible (5-10 days depending on location).

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded

If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Kindly note that cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Return Policy.

Shipping Charges:
​
Free shipping is available to all locations in India for orders values exceeding Rs.1000 (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)
​
For orders under Rs. 1000 a shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be applicable
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Arte Panda has both an online presence and offline retail locations and the policy for both is different.

Online orders:
​
Cancellations of orders placed on our website are allowed without any issues before the products are shipped from our warehouse. In case the products are already shipped out to you, shipping charges will not be refunded.
​
Refunds and product exchanges are provided against orders up to 7 days from dispatch of package to the customer as per our records. Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed once we verify that the items have been returned to us in a pristine condition and unopened and unutilized state. In case of any special cases kindly feel free to contact us.

If you choose to exchange/return an item, you will need to courier the product back to us on the address mentioned on the website. We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same.

Offline locations:

Our offline locations currently do not offer Cancellations or Returns except for extraordinary circumstances. Kindly contact us in case of any queries regarding this.
